A deranged bomb expert has taken over Chicago’s secret, anti-terrorism defense system and, with his trusty rocket launcher, is now raining down hell on the city from atop the Sears Tower. The defense system’s designer, now in his 50’s and suffering from a terminal case of kidney disease, is the only hope for regaining control of the defense system and stopping the bomber.
